The vision of the college is to prepare dynamic caring citizens to meet the challenges of a global society while widening their intrinsic values. This college wishes to strengthen the dream of Parimal Mitra, the late visionary for Dooars, by putting this institution in the forefront of educational activities while carving a name for itself in the top echelons of the academic world. Efforts are on to set an example of high educational standards.
